We do not collect, store, process, or transmit any audio recordings, voice data, or voice prints.

• Provide and maintain core App functionality, including safe-word storage and family verification protocols
• Send SMS text notifications to family members at your explicit direction
• Improve App performance, fix bugs, and develop new features

4. Data Storage and Security

Safe-words, security questions, and answers are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 and TLS 1.2+). You are solely responsible for the security of your device, account credentials, and the safe-word content you create. While we implement reasonable technical safeguards, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

5. SMS Notifications

The App includes an optional feature to send SMS text messages to designated family members when a verification attempt fails. By enabling this feature and entering a phone number, you represent that:

• You have the consent of the recipient to receive such notifications
• The phone number belongs to the intended family member

Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. We are not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected SMS messages.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, SMS delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
