Family Identity Firewall helps families verify each other's identity using personal questions only they would know. It protects against impersonation, social engineering, and AI-driven voice scams by providing a quick and secure way to confirm someone is really who they say they are.
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then create a family group as the admin. Once your group is set up, share your unique invite code with family members so they can join. Each member sets up their own PIN or biometric lock for security.
Your data is protected with a PIN or biometric lock on the device, and sensitive information is stored locally whenever possible. Data transmitted to the cloud is encrypted using AES-256 encryption, and we follow industry best practices to keep your family's information safe.
Providing a phone number is completely optional. If you choose to add one, it is only used to send a text message to your family members when a high-risk verification is detected. Your phone number is never shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. The admin's subscription covers the entire family group.
